STLtoday.com A laptop computer and computer bag were stolen between 10 pm Feb. 14 and 2:30 pm Feb. 15 from the art building at Webster University. A car was damaged Feb. 17 while parked in the driveway of a home in the 900 block of North Elm Avenue. |
